this EasyOp Zgrip penis pump and 2.25" cylinder has gotten me Big results. Get a soft thick silicone flesh donut which is most comfortable and best seal. My motivation is to be satisfy my future wife. So like my weight training workouts I train consistently
but don't overtrain and damage the penile tissues. I have been using the pump up and release alternating technique which permits blood to flow in and out over 20min period and that's gotten me longer and thicker. Find a technique that is comfortable for you to do consistently over the long haul and you make progress gradually.
