Product Condition: Every item is 100% brand new, in original manufacturer bags and is not packaged for retail sales.

Our Guarantee: We offer a 90-Day Warranty against loss of function due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage. If items arrive damaged, become damaged, or stop working properly within 90 days from the date of purchase, LeLuv will replace a necessary part(s) or item for you.

Return Policy: When you purchase directly from us, Kodi Distributing, LLC; DBA LeLuv; if the item received is not as expected, order the incorrect size, or you change your mind after you see the products, please contact us right away. As long as the item has not been used, you have up to 90 days to return the items for an exchange or refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition to qualify for return either for an exchange or a refund. Due to the nature of the products being a personal item, used items should not be returned.

In case of the item becomes damaged or no longer works properly, simply provide us a picture of the damage or non-working items. If it is within the 90 days warranty, we will replace the item for you without having to return the damaged or non-working items.

In the very unlikely event that you receive a defective product, simply CONTACT US to make arrangements to return it. PLEASE remember to include the item number of the product in question. You will then have the option of receiving a replacement, store credit or a refund. Replacements are dependent on item availability.

International Shipment: International orders will be shipped using USPS First-Class Mail unless otherwise selected. We will combine multiple orders made separately, but please kindly CONTACT US to request a revised invoice with corrected shipping & handling fees, that we then agree upon, to avoid processing delays. Please include the item number(s) of your order!

When multiple items are purchased, standard shipping charges apply to the item with the highest shipping fee. The item(s) with the second-most, 3rd-most, etc. highest fee(s) will be shipped at a 20% discount.
