Your measurement must come from the exact location where the ring will be worn. Do not use a measurement from one location to automatically size a ring for another.

MOST COMMON PENIS-ONLY FIT

Base of Shaft

Measure the circumference around the shaft at the exact location where you intend the ring to rest—typically near the base.

Measure: Shaft only

Do not include: testicles

FULL-PACKAGE FIT

Penis + Testicles

Measure around the penis and both testicles at the location where the ring will rest. Because this includes the entire package, this measurement will normally be larger than a shaft-only measurement.

SPECIALIZED PLACEMENT

Sub-Glans

Measure the circumference of the shaft directly behind the glans, where the ring will actually sit.
