Instruction for use

1. Apply lubricant to your penis, and any accessories you plan to use.
2. Place your accessory sleeve (if you are using one) onto the cylinder, and then insert your erect penis into the cylinder.
3. Slowly begin to work the pump by squeezing the handle. There will be a slight sensation on your penis as air is drawn from the tube. For beginners, it is important to start this process slowly to avoid discomfort. Remember to use the Quick-release Valve if the vacuum becomes too severe. The cylinder should remain firmly pressed against the base of your penis/pubic area to keep air from escaping.
4. Continue pumping/releasing air until you’ve found a level of vacuum suitable for your penis. It should look erect, but should not hurt.
5. Maintain the desired level of vacuum for up to 20 minutes, no more.
6. Once the session is complete your penis should be erect and have heightened sensitivity. We recommend up to 3-4 sessions per week.
